For those of you that are looking for bank owned property or just curious about real estate auctions, follow this link. This site describes 26 properties owned by a local bank that are being auctioned off on November 17. Several of the properties are in Clay county and some are residential and some are commercial. Remember in the description that "absolute" means they will sell that day otherwise the bank will probably have a minimum.
